Hemodiafilteration (HDF)

Hemodiafiltration (HDF) is considered the best dialysis modality worldwide. It combines both diffusive and convective solute removal techniques in a single therapy. This is achieved by ultra-filtrating 20% or more of the blood volume using a high-flux hemodialyzer. HDF results in a more effective removal of toxins with minimal hemodynamic variability.
