CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Cancellation Policy for Consultations
In the event that the Practitioner, with whom the User has scheduled a paid consultation via the Website, is unable to meet the User, the User is required to notify us at {Config.portal.email} within a period of five (5) business days from the occurrence of such event. Upon receipt of such notification, the full consultation fee, as stated on the Website at the time of booking, will be refunded to the User within six (6) business days, utilizing the original payment method used by the User at the time of booking.
However, should the User fail to attend the scheduled appointment with the Practitioner without prior cancellation of the appointment, the consultation fee will not be refunded.
In instances where cancellation fees have been imposed (as determined by the Practitioner/Practice), the User will not be eligible for a full refund, even if the appointment was cancelled in advance.
Furthermore, the User will not be eligible for any refunds in instances where the Practitioner is unable to meet the User at the exact scheduled appointment time, requiring the User to wait. This applies regardless of whether the User chooses to wait or opts not to receive the medical services from the said Practitioner.
Cancellation Policy for Diagnostic Tests
Customers can cancel their booking any time before the sample collection is done. Cancellation charges will be applicable on the total amount of invoice. No cancellation will be allowed post sample collection.
If cancellation has been initiated by customers who have done the booking using an online payment method, they can make the request for the refund to be credited on the payment platform selected at the time of booking.
Customers will be eligible for a full and/or partial refund in case the respective testing Lab is unable to provide the report within the Turnaround Time (TAT) mentioned at the time of booking.
Customers need to raise their refund request either by writing an email to {Config.portal.email}
Refunds might take 5 to 10 business days to get credited in the customer's account.
No refund request will be accepted once the Lab has generated the test report within TAT.
No refund request will be accepted 15 days after a sample collection has been done.
