A cerebellopontine angle (CPA) tumour is a type of brain tumour that develops in the area where the cerebellum and the pons meet, known as the cerebellopontine angle. This region is located near the base of the skull, behind the ear. It includes several important structures, including cranial nerves responsible for functions such as hearing, balance, and facial movement.
